鄭農軒，1983年出生於台北，畢業於國立台北藝術大學美術系。

早年作品以抹除、塗改的人像繪畫，作出對於日常社交關係的自我情感詮釋。近期創作透過古典繪畫在藝術史各時期中豎立的敘事方法與造型模式，加以拼湊、模擬、重塑，製造猶如觀看舞台劇般的奇幻感，透過繪畫自體的述說，來尋找觀者與作品間有形與無形的距離，以及台灣因為歷史時空等因素，在接受西方藝術文明的間接途徑中，所產生的落差與不連續狀態。2008 年於台北朝代藝術畫廊首次舉辦「如此這般的日子」個展，其作品曾獲得台灣美術新貌獎、高雄獎、九十四年青年藝術作品徵件，並收藏於國立台灣美術館。近年作品展出於：Artemin Gallery、誠品畫廊、也趣藝廊。

創作理念
每隔一段時間，就會有意識地在作品內容上來點不一樣的嘗試，雖然都是繪畫，但如果說要細究每個創作理念，其實有點雜雜的：因為想要從植物葉子生長的層層堆疊中，映照出畫圖時手的來回翻動，開啟了果實與果樹等系列、因為看了許多西方古代的版畫圖像，覺得跟當代氛圍有種莫名的聯結，所幸畫了許多幻想野獸、不久前還在思考劇場的觀看體驗，如何透過個人的理解來展現。我想創作就應該要這樣，東摸一點西摸一點，去建立許多不同的小系統，自然而然的去圈套出一個籠統的脈絡。總體來說，我覺得我在個人意識與社會精神文化間來回震盪，然後透過繪畫來描述震盪中產生的波動。

STATEMENT

CHENG Nung-Hsuan was born in Taipei in 1983 and graduated from the Taipei National University of Arts in 2006.

Recent works encompass a variety of themes including landscapes, figures, plants and animals, exploring the potential for painting to self-narrate through the use of fluid shapes and color combinations in an expressive scene, as well as inspire new interpretations through the viewer's personal experiences, inviting them to engage with the artwork on a deeper level. His works have been exhibited in Artemin Gallery(2025), Eslite Gallery(2023), AKI Gallery, Taipei (2020). His works had awarded Kaohsiung Awards, Judges' Award(2006), New Perspective Art in Taiwan, Judges' Award(2005), Call for Young Artists, Judges' Award(2005).
