鈴木悠哉以行走於都市環境中的觀察為基礎，關注私人與公共、人工與自然之間所形成的邊界地帶。他以都市代謝、自然作用與人類消費相互交織後產生的各種「殘留物」為創作起點，運用攝影、繪畫、雕塑、錄像、動力裝置等多種媒材，發展出複合媒材裝置作品。透過這些創作，他以自身獨特的視角重新建構現實世界。

Based on observations made while walking through urban environments, Suzuki focuses on boundary zones that emerge between the private and the public, and between the artificial and the natural. Taking as a point of departure the forms of “residue” produced through the interaction of urban metabolism, natural processes, and human consumption, he creates mixed-media installations incorporating photography, drawing, sculpture, video, kinetic elements, and other media. Through these works, he reconstructs the real world from his own distinctive perspective.
